What You’ll Do
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital experiences we build. You'll:
- Build robust web applications using Next.js / Astro and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with designers and fellow developers in integrated project teams.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on technical decisions and progress.
- Support and mentor less experienced developers to help them grow.

- Prioritize code quality, accessibility, and performance.
- Bring sound reasoning and well-researched thinking to your work.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Are curious about technology and how it intersects with culture, design, and people.
Your Experience & Skills
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of professional experience building for the web, including leading full project rollouts.
- Deep expertise with at least one modern framework or library (e.g. React, Vue, Django, Rails, etc.).
- A strong grasp of semantic HTML and its importance for accessibility.
- Modern CSS knowledge.
- Solid experience with vanilla JavaScript and a good understanding of the evolving ECMAScript standard.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Exposure to other languages like Python, Ruby, or Go.
- Backend development experience.
- Any other skills or experiences—technical or otherwise—that give you a unique perspective or approach to your work.

- Full-time in Berlin
- Salary €65,000–€70,000 gross annual
- 28 days of paid time off, with semi-flexible working hours

How We Hire
Our process is thoughtful and respectful of your time:
- Take-home coding task – You'll have a week to complete this at your own pace (we recommend a few focused hours).
- Technical interview – A conversation with two developers to review your submission.
- Non-technical chat – A deeper dive into your experience and how you work.
- Final conversation – A discussion with the Head of Development and Managing Director about the role and your fit with the team.
