Assembly
Assembly handles premium custom merch end-to-end: customers design in Assembly's tool, Assembly's own factories produce it, the order ships. The brand was already premium but the actual product experience was slow, technical, and built for people who'd done custom apparel before.
So we rebuilt it around the customer Assembly actually has: someone who knows exactly what they want but couldn't tell embroidery from screen print.
In the UI, choices became visual: a picture instead of a definition. Customer-made merch went up front as proof and inspiration. A price calculator updated in real time as quantities and options changed, so customers stopped guessing what their order would cost. From landing to checkout, every step got shorter.
