Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival

Okeechobee runs in the Florida swamps. Music and art in front of a tight community that comes back every year. The festival started in 2016, went on a multi-year hiatus, and is back for 2026 with the original owners running it again.

Festival economics are tight. Most festivals run on the line-up reveal: announce headliners, sell tickets, repeat. It's an effective engine until the year you don't get the names you need. Okeechobee bet on something harder. A brand strong enough that people show up regardless of who's playing, and come back before the next line-up drops.

Every year a different artist drives Okeechobee's visual identity. We built a visual identity system that absorbs each year's artwork without losing the brand underneath. Typography, color logic, layout: the structural pieces stay anchored. The year's art changes the surface. Each artist gets a system to work inside, with room to make it their own.

Most festival sites are brochures. We designed and built Okeechobee's as part of the marketing stack: ticketing, the Discord, email, social. One source feeding the rest. The brand carries through every surface between events, so the festival never goes quiet.
